Disappointing Lack of Support for Drivers
I have been using the Uber Driver app for a while now, and I am extremely disappointed with how little the app seems to care about the drivers. Despite countless hours on the road, there is very little support or consideration for our needs and concerns.
The app often has glitches and crashes at critical moments, causing loss of income and unnecessary stress. There is also a lack of transparency regarding fare calculations and trip details. Additionally, getting help from customer support is an ordeal, with responses that are often slow and unhelpful.
It feels like the app is more focused on the riders’ experience, neglecting the very drivers who keep the service running. Uber needs to address these issues urgently and start prioritizing driver welfare and support. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to other drivers.
The worst company in the entire world
Uber states that they take 25 percent service fee; However, they take almost 45 percent. They payment are too low and they have hired too many drivers.
Poor pay
For every food delivery order uber is paying no more than 3$ per order.

Pray on drivers
It takes money from the customers and pay as little as possible to the drivers. If customers tips for delivering their order 16 km far Uber pays you 3$ dollars because customer tipped and customer can change the tip many times they take oof all the tips without explanation and you wasted 1 hour drive for 16km for 3$. “Tip baiting” is very common. When the offer comes on the app to you it includes tips and they write ‘estimated fare’ to save them from liability. They lure drives with the amount with tip which can be taken from, Uber get paid in the process when you finish your delivery, shop and pay and you pray to god that customer doesn’t lower their tip.
Lags a lot & no money
Uber been canceling my orders when im on the way to pick them up and support is clueless when I ask for help. They even say im the one who canceled the order. Also, Online for 13hrs to receive only 1 trip for 5$. NO JOKE. pics for proof and account statement available. If uber dont fix this uber is going bankrupt.

Just put your self in our shoe and see how much we get after all the expenses same fare for driver since 2019, everything has changed since 2019 double the price on everything. But Uber wants to offer cheap ride to customers and worried about own 35 to 45 % commission does not care about drivers. Government should never allowed this both Uber and Lyft companies to operate in Canada their policies are divide and rule. If you raise your voice then you will be deactivated from the platform.
