Ordered food to be delivered. Driver never showed, and claimed there was no one to deliver to. No one at the delivery site saw him though, and he never messaged. Was charged for the meal because the driver claims he tried to deliver and waited long enough. I complained to the app, and they just believed the driver without question. Do not trust this app unless you don't mind getting randomly shafted.

Every Ubers drivers should knows the Uber app like blind box, you never know ur next customer file no location, if Uber can add the short , middle or long distance customers for us to choice, it would be a lot better  !! (for example I’m a hk driver, and it is 10 o clock in the morning , and I have appointments at 12 this afternoon, it has 2 hrs for me to earn money in Uber) but u have the button for us to select the distance (long , middle or short) I can have more 2 hr online for Uber (otherwise if I turn on the apps, and receive a long distance customer which was like from hk to airport, there is no time for me to finish the task and back to hk side) at the end I will prefer not to online on Uber !!

Calculating the online time: I suggest that the calculation of the online time should be changed to calculate the driving time, and the waiting time on the line should not be included in the calculation. If the waiting time is included in the calculation, it will lead to unfairness and income imbalance. I went online today and waited for two hours before receiving an order. I was disappointed.
