I deliver food with bike and I really liked the possibility that I can reach google maps bike navigation directly from the app. Since the last update only uber navigation availible, which is only for cars. Thank’s for the totally meaningless update.

I wish I could rate drivers after the ride has been completed and I am driving off. Like if I could just go into the rider history and rate them later, I don’t like the pressure of them potentially being able to see the rating I am giving them.

Uber used to be good, now its a waste of time and not worth for a side hustle. If you dont want 3$ orders i suggest instacart or amazon flex

Absolutely terrible update . In-app issues ; Maps doesn’t work correctly, Incorrect drop off locations , Bluetooth for locations ? ridiculous

Don’t use this service.Uber does not care about the drivers or the customers only there money.I would recommend using dash or dasher.Uber allows tip beating and refuses to fix the problem for example you’ll get a $20 delivery but after the delivery only receive $3 to $5.The app often sends you to the wrong location and when you go out of your way to find the right location, Uber will not compensate you.They will tell you that it doesn’t matter that the customer is happy and that you should have cancelled the order.Slimy company and taking advantage of drivers and consumers

The fact that Uber still exists and individuals willingly let it stretch their back opening on a daily basis for them will never cease to amaze me. No more 50-60% of what riders pay goes to the drivers (who supply the car and themselves), all while the CEO gets a salary of $23 million.

First of all we would like to thank the software (🐓suckers) engineers and the greedy corporate (🐖s) executives who stand behind this demonic money stealing application… Rating.. Why do riders have to take extra step when rating a ride? Shouldn’t it be a default 5 stars unless there is an issue, same as the driver’s view ? Why do drivers have to remind every rider to rate 5 stars as if we begging for it or begging fo tips !!! We no longer default the rider with 5 stars, every rider gets a 3 or max 4 by default unless they’re extraordinary polite, courteous and TIP in cash… Earning.. Uber now skims sometimes more than 50% of the fare especially the profitable ones but you maintain the lowest minimum payout, you increase the fare and surge the riders without compensating the drivers, Uber Corp is reporting massive profits by increasing their prices and lowering their Cost by paying less!!! KPI’s No one cares about the acceptance or cancellation rate anymore because it’s utterly ridiculous and always setting up the drivers for failure by either sending the same ride twice or offering long distance pick and long distant drop off for very low unacceptable prices which will certainly be refused by the drivers… To be continued……

You need to fix the speedometer on the app I have a digital display in my car that tells me if I’m going 5 over your app says I’m going 20 miles over when I’m only going 5?
