Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver

Terrible driver support.Sont care about driver’s feedback. Uploading documents and waiting for authentication is a disaster Not recommended. Support your local app companies instead.

Training Video advises that the nearest car gets offered the job first - NOT true - It goes out to many drivers and its fastest finger first. Training Video advises that the offer stays on the drivers screen for 15 seconds and to just leave it to expire if you don’t want the job - NOT true - the jobs are frequently taken by another driver in a split second before you can touch the screen.

This last update has changed the fees a lot. Basically, long distances paying 3,50! Hope is something wrong with the app and you guys will sort it out.

Need to update the maps sign up with Google so you can have satellite image so we can find places as much easier. Also Uber Black needs to be put back to the top of the platform so therefore people will have to bypass Black to get to the cheaper fairs to improve Black needs to be back on top of the platform so when they open up the platform, Black comes up first, that way it was in the past

Was very happy with app on till the last update not getting jobs like I usually do because vehicle carrying numbers changed

The app in Galway don’t show the costumer destination before accept the trip

I’m based in Dublin I get job offers 7, 8, 10, 15, kilometres far from my location, which would be impossible to do those job, Uber need to add radar same as others rivals, so the driver can set to get job offers within certain area or work in radar

Hope To see option to change text size in accessibility settings for Job offer . Very small text for some people

I don’t have words how disastrous the customer service for Ireland is, either they don’t want to solve an issue or they don’t have any check on them.

If a customer get sick in the car thats 140€ fine by the NTA ,, and uber is not following that! They just want the receipt of cleaning! And will pay you whatever they want ! And they dont care if you are out of work for the rest of weekend night! They just put your account on hold ! Going to raise this issue with NTA ! Uber wants to do their own thing and not to follow NTA rules! We all drivers should stop promoting uber in dublin because in the end they dont listen to us and listen to drunk customer in the night and blocks holds our account !
