You can’t call their phone number, and it’s so hard to reach to text them, and when you do you wait for hours and sometimes no response

Uber has failed in recognize the importance of Driver-Partners who have a large importance in the ecosystem of UBER. They take the words and frivolous fabrications of unverified riders who have nothing to lose over Driver-Partners who are verified and have all to lose in the quest of rendering services. How will a Rider who never took a trip make a false accusation on a driver and uber will use it to punish the driver even without verification & clarification. UBER IS A FAILED SYSTEM AND ITS PREFERABLE TO TRY OTHER E-HAILING COMPANIES WHO VALUE THEIR DRIVER-Partners.

I left uber because i cannot see destination of request . Its quite unfair to drive to unfamiliar places especially at night.

It's really painful that I'm yet to be driver only to be blocked after all I have been through with no evidence and no one in your office in Nigeria can rectify this problem. I have been blocked and its a mistake as I can prove my identity. Stop being mean to harmless people and please sort my issue. Thank you

Kindly revert to our old update! The new one you just did is a trash and a lot of drivers are already leaving your app for another

Please I don’t know who pitched this ride radar to you guys. But it’s really causing issues getting rides like before. If more than a driver is bidding for a trip than it’s crazy. Please take the ride radar out cause it’s now looking like indriver app.

Hi! The latest update does not play trip request notification sounds. Unless I’m looking at my phone screen, I won’t know when a trip request comes in. How am I supposed to be productive with this kind of bug in the app? Please fix ASAP.

I have been using Uber as a pilot for so long now, and I can’t seems to understand how Uber takes its percentage/ commission. You guys said it’s 20% you are taking, but it’s way more than that. For example, I made a trip to airport, the total was 14,400 including toll gate fee, but you guys asked for 4,800 as the commission which is far more than 20% of 14,400.( ie 20% of 14,400= 2,880), but you asked for much way more than that. So please, can you help us and clarify how you guys takes you commission and all pleas. Thank you

Please, do well to update ur app to accommodate new trending navigation areas. Some areas you direct ur drivers to might be closed for repairs or because the road is bad. So many times, your app has landed me in trouble by navigating me to a ONE WAY area and I have had to cough out so much to settle the local authority. Please, review.
