تأخر في ايداع الارباح في حسابي اكثر من اللازم

انا سائق في أوبر وأواجه صعوبه في ايداع ارباحي لدى الشركه وتأخير غير واضح رغم وجود رقم الحساب وتم مراسلتهم ع الخاص ورسائل بريد وكل الردود غير مقنعه وغير مجديه ..ولاتوجد لدي اي مشاكل مع التطبيق .. شي غريب وسيئ تطبيق فاشل وغير منصف لنا كشركاء ع كلام أوبر

جيد ولكن….

عالي النسبه .. ولا ينصف الكابتن في بعض الامور لقد عملت معه 8 سنوات و وجدت احباطات كثيره للاسف علما دخلي له عالي جدا ولكن وش تقول هيك شغله انصحك التوه للتطبيقات الناشة افضل بكثير

ارجو الحذر اذا طلبتو سيارة حاسبتو ابل باي قبل يجيكم والغيتو الرحله تروح عليكم فلوسكم لازم تحاسبون كاش عشان ماينوخذ حقكم نصيحه ولا انصح التعامل معه يوجد خيارات كثيره وتم رفع بلاغات عديده ولكن بايوجد احترافيه لموظفينكم والخيارات كثيره ( تطبيق رايد + جيني ) افضل منه بسنين ضوئيةه وحكيحفظون حقوق المستهلك

شركة حرامية والله ماتفكر في السائق كل همها الركاب كعادة الشركات وخدمة الدعم لاتستطيع الوصول له بل مختصر كأنو اذكياء واخترعو هذه الخدمة لكن مع مرور الوقت باذن لله تنهيه التطبيقات الأخرى

Poor service

My account was disabled without any prior notification, and no matter how many requests I raise, they haven't taken the necessary steps to try to solve the issue, I'll definitely use another apps such as Careem or Bolt, at least they serve you better.
