Stealing Drivers Time and Money

Milimisi on

Sri Lanka

Uber Sri Lanka has been the worst and cheapest taxi provider, getting more than 20% commission and daily intermediaries 198 Rupees, and giving lowest per kilometer price. It is good for passengers they can get lowest price but in drivers terms we are loosing money. 3000 worth of fuel is enough to earn 4000 rupees after giving 20% commission and spending entire day but what about vehicle maintenance tyres and other expenses that occurred when you drive lot of distances?

Make road lines more visible

Shane Perera SL on

Sri Lanka

Please make road lines on the map more visible. When in light mode road lines should be in dark lines. Not even more lighter. I’m not speaking about main roads. I’m talking about small lanes. It is not really visible under sun light. And also make road lines lighter in dark mode. Grey lines are not visible in the night. Please make this a success. Other than Uber map is useless. Another thing is uber driver requests doesn’t pop up on iOS. It only get a little banner notification like for messages and social media notifications. I miss so many uber ride requests on my iPhone because this issue. Please make these 3 changes. Other than that I have no issues with app functioning. Please make it more user friendly. Until you guys fix it I’ll leave 4 stars for now. Thank you 🙏

Uber App in Srilanka

Antoncj on

Sri Lanka

Please fix the issue showing lot of trips and when I tap it says another driver accepted. This is not fair and if its not for me don't show. Why showing multiple trips if I can't even accept single trip. So bad option.
