Worst food delivery service

Never again

Do mot waste your money and time

I got a wrong order and refund was rediculous compared to the missing food amount. Customer service ignored my messages after that. I recommend to avoid Uber Eats, becaus in case if something is wrong with your order, they take no reposibility

No food but money gone

1 pizza instead of 2 and even that was wrong. I didn’t accept the delivery but the money was gone anyway. And there’s no possibility to immediately inform about a false delivery.

Couldn’t order

I tried to place an order with a promo code and ofcourse the code didn’t work. After that I couldn’t place the order even though I deleted the promo code. Discount code scams and misleading prices seem to be a common thing for food delivery apps.

Customer service

The worst customer service there is. Orders can be up to 2 hours late and all you get for the waiting is that you can maybe cancel the order.

Works but tryis to sell you too much

App is working but I do uninstall it between using every now and then because its sending unneccessary notifications. Be also aware that uber eats is adding extra charges for packaging and is constantly trying to get you impulse buy things you werent looking to get, just be aware.

Garbage

Do not use uber eats. Lousy customer support, restaurants are overpriced, courriers expect tips for the deliveries. Stay far away from this delivery service I’ve only had problems with it.

Failed order no compensation

My order never arrived as it was almost an hour delayed past estimated delivery time. I never got a refund and customer support refused to refund when they should have. Unacceptable. Will order from their competitor from here on.
