Scammers who will take your money at any convenient time for them and will not even ask you anything, if you want to contact the support service, no one will help you, because their first priority is to take your money, a terrible application and support service.
While travelling around Europe, I used to service where it is available because it’s quick and easy and reliable and part of Uber and you always get to choose from both local and known chain restaurants I can highly recommend it and so far never been disappointed in knowing it’s a part of Uber I know if there’s an issue it will be solved so if you trust them to deliver you from airport or to meetings, why not just trust them to deliver your food?
My father orderd a pizzas and i went and Get it. It never came. Waited an extra 10 minutes outside the hotel. And in the end never got refunded for the pizzas.
They give out promo coded that just don’t work.
When I’m choosing food from uber one restaurants I still need to pay for delievery. That’s not okay. Uber one more like scam one
Not good user interface and the are problems with the whole app now, and I can’t order anything。not enough delivery people when it’s raining!
Uber driver could not find the item i had originally ordered. I contacted Uber customer service explaining that the alternatives did not suit the purpose I purchased the item for (it was for a baby girls birthday). But Uber insisted I cannot cancel the rest of the order and instead of providing a solution the ended the chat and forced the order to complete. I could not believe this is the customer service standard of a global company.
Order was not delivered. Been in contact with support twice. First time they promised that the courier would call me before trying to deliver again. Second time (after I had heard nothing) they claimed that the ordered had been delivered at the door. No help to get a simple refund. What a way to get rid of good customers
I did not have my order and Uber don’t make a money back. 49€ arelost. I was waiting the delivery, but get notification “delivered”. Delivery guy just put the order in a random place.
