Uber Eats: Food Delivery

I tried help .. no one helped and till today I did t get the order

I sent an order as a gift to my wife. Uber gave me a pin number. I didn’t give any pin number to any others except my wife. The delivery guy not has asked any pin number and they have not given the order in the location i pinned. They haven’t showed up in the location. But it is showing as delivered. How in the world this can happen without giving the pin number from customer order is delivered. This is happened in Sri Lanka. Restaurant is caravan fresh in henamulla, Panadura. I don’t want your stupid refund but we are trusting you and sending as a gift to my wife. But this has not delivered to the location and this showing as delivered. Why you all are cheating like this. We are far away from our loved ones and we are sending gift as a memory to a special occasion. If the gift is not went on the special occasion how you will accept as a normal human being. Is it gonna satisfy if you all refund it if the day is passed. Why you all are recruiting such unprofessional people and doing this kind of bad thing to customers. Dear All don’t ever order anything in Sri Lanka caravan fresh specially in henamulla, Panadura branch. and send it as a gift to your loved ones. These Sri Lankan people will cheat you. Delivery guys name showed as Mohamed. I haven’t seen such a worst behavior from anyone in this application this much unprofessional. Is your refund going to give me back my memory?

If I could give 0 star, I would especially for groceries shopping. The app always takes the full amount and when the shop cannot deliver all the products, the app has difficulties to refund you even if you have all the information to raise your case. This is stealing from Customers and 0 accountability.

They had a promotion in GNC. Buy one get one free was the promotion. GNC had only 1 stock of the items i wanted, Driver informs me, and I ask driver not to deliver any items that do not comply to the promotion. Meaning if they only have 1 in stock to not deliver it.. guess what? Driver delivers the items. Uber? Does nothing.. I get scammed.. any other delivery app that has an idea about customer service would have fixed the issue.

Worst app ever. Just delete it. Orders are always super late like over an hour late and then they cancel. The help agents are super rude!!

In the app they write that I don’t receive the food because that I don’t answer the phone

The drivers can accept more than one order at the time. So for sure they will be late to someone

I ordered food in Germany, in Frankfurt. Order never arrived and when contacted support they said that my order is not eligible for a refund. 35 euros gone. Receptionist told me that this restaurant is a scam as it is always the case with them. I explained everything to the support but still no refund. Don’t use uber eats, it can be a scam and you are not protected.

I used it in South of France. Please, never do it! I ordered 5 times and 5 times my money was taken and my order never arrived! Please never use this service

“Burger King” Spain Barcelona a restaurant placed on the Uber eats app in Barcelona. I have placed an order and Burger King and Uber Eats are both refusing to assist me, refused to refund my delayed order, are claiming I am a lier with proof and demanding me to accept the money has been stolen from me. Sofia Canastuj and Lucas Lizabeth agents from Uber eats have ended the chat with me without solving my issue with my stolen food and stolen money. I have placed an order from Uber eats towards Burger King, Burger King is claiming that they called me and that’s an extreme lie and I have proof of my call list that they are lying and they stole my money. Sofia and Lizabeth are refusing to assist me as it’s their job to assist us with an issue but she did not and closed the chat. All I am asking for is my right of either the food to be actually delivered to me or my refund as with proof no one came to me and no one called me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE NOT TO USE UBER EATS AS THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL, NON TRUST WORTHY, DISRESPECTFUL, UNIONIST AND OTHERS
