Uber Eats is a joke for us restaurant partners as customers can request for full refunds and they expect us to send video evidence of us delivering it to the customer?  Or they will just refund every single customer and customers can refund multiple items and you then lose money and even if you email back to reject it they won’t allow it as they would prefer to lose a restaurant partner over a customer it’s honestly ridiculous how Ubereats operate better off just sticking with just eat

The reason we want to take it to higher level. Because i know we are right on this and accepting your decision which mean we undermine our process of dispatching. Addition to the Uber process of checking these refunds is based on customer history or partners history of handling orders. Let me give you example recently we have two issues, which is still being investigated by the Uber eats, even though pictures evidence has been given to you guys and also when we were handing over the food uber support team was on the phone to me, and she has confirmed that we are writing a note that if customer try to make a refund , that wouldn't be authorised. But look your system again authorise the refund, and when i call uber again they said please wite an email because our team missed the note on this order from the representative. So, Mr Bilal i have been working with uber for last 6 years and i know how it works as a customer and as a partner. Deliveroo and Just eat has strong partner and customer protection system, they shared the solid proof from customer that this is the picture we receive from customer and refund claim was genuine. Whereas uber give decision on the bases if assumption. Absolutely poor complaint handling system. I have experienced myself. Don't you think why a business owner is writing a long email for just £9.00 refund disputes, no its all about moral responsibility and work ethics. You are a very big company but polices are poor unfortunately . Hope to speak to someone from the top manager soon. Chances are less reason you guys don't take things seriously.
