The app support button on Apple Store only leads to the webpage of Uber and from there it’s completely useless.

I’m restaurant owner. The service from the refund department was very bad. The customer ordered a water and a meal, and then the customer said he did not receive the meal, only water. The refund was actually successful. Then customer service told me that the customer went through their fraud system. Do you take your brain with you when you go to work? Do you believe that you only received two things, only water and no meals? fxxx

Really annoyed with this app. Entered the big promo code to entice people to use. For months receiving emails with promotion codes. Finally decide to use, it looks like it’s nowhere to be seen in account. So try entering again get message to say you. Any use code twice on one order, so I thought ok then that means it’s taken the first code. I order, can’t see discount but press ahead thinking it’d register at some point. Well it didn’t.
I look for contact email, nothing. You have to scroll through faqs to fill a one space bar and it doesn’t even say if it is where you message the customer service.

What good that is when I figured it out. I was told that I hadn’t entered the code. Which I had entered in the only place you can enter a promo I’m not a technophobe, yet nothing sorted nothing offered re adding code. It doesn’t work there was no outcome. What a useless app and even more useless customer service. You make enough money at least put out an app that functions. As bad as BT’s app and that’s bad!
