First of all, if you try to send an e-Transfer, there is a $1.49 fee. But it won’t let you send your full balance minus the fee. They require $1.50 to be left, so after the transfer, you have $0.01 left over. You can’t take it all. Biggest issue is the “Free ATM Finder” in the app. I used it to find an ATM, I withdrew funds, and I got charged $3 from the machine plus an additional $2.50 from UPC. I immediately contacted them to get it back. The initial agent sounded nice and I got an email asking for a screenshot. After I sent it, they said the fees were all justified. Support is useless and no help is given. They claim the free ATM in the app has a fee that is charged. They won’t return any portion of my $5.50. You can’t trust their list and their support sucks. Your best bet is to transfer to a bank account, but if anything goes wrong, don’t expect any help from support.
