Special Note about the driver
The driver was on time and very kind . At very last he made the effort in spite of the traffic jam to drop off us very close to the bus station so that’s made the situation comfortable . So great note for this driver

Dubai Fraud with Uber under Ahsan Pakistani Driver
The app took an hour making me wait for the pickup. Then when the taxi guy Ahsan came at the end of the trip it showed 42 aed he was writing in the payment machine 45 aed I told him it is 42 aed. He said I will charge you 2 aed extra I refused. He went silent when I insisted then when I left the taxi he reported me as if I did not pay 42 and paid only 40 and they wrote I the app that they will charge me 2 aed I. The next trip. I have the screenshot of the money deducted but this application is really too far from being professional they use on purpose emails we cannot reply to. This is not the first time Uber charges me extra 4 times now previously they take extra 5 for no reason. Very bad service They are thieves I do not recommend such a terrible experience booking with Uber

Very bad application , worst service ever
Taxis are very rude
Im disappointed with this application in Istanbul . taxies who are working for uber are so rude and mean ! First of all ! They ask where you go and the may cancel without giving any of explication ! At second they are so bad at communicating!
