this is insane how bad this app is. on the map there are roads that DO NOT EXIST IN THE REAL WORLD. takes half an hour longer for pickup than it says. drivers go RIGHT PAST YOU

If you have registered credit card Uber will charge you some amounts at the midnight with no reason. If you reach them they will say reach your bank. But if you remove all cards and leave only apple pay, they can't cheat you. You won't receive any midnight withdrawn message from your account. But of course Uber hates apple pay i believe because they cant cheat, every time application switchs to cash payment itself, you have to check and change to the Apple pay every time before you order a cab.

The original price of the ride was €16, but in the end, I was charged €37. That is an increase of more than 50% of the original price!! And this higher amount was charged without any reason. The ride lasted exactly as long as it should have, there were no roadworks, no traffic jams, nothing unusual. Additionally, customer support refused to help and told me that €37 was the correct price, but they would not explain why or on what grounds the price was changed, since the ride went smoothly.

Uglavnom sve funkcionira , unutar aplikacije, ali nema jasne slike položaja vozača u blizini. U samom programu. Npr.onih kojima je vožnja još u toku ali pred istekom.
