Uber always problem, Bolt never.
Ordered cheapest Uber with 9 minutes wait time, it took 5 minutes to actually find a driver and the wait time was again 9 minutes from then. However, 4 minutes in, the driver was not getting any closer. So cancelled, opted for a more expensive car with promoted wait time 4 minutes. As soon as it got confirmed, the wait time was 8 minutes. Cancelled, went for Bolt, cheapest car was said to be 3 minutes away. The car did indeed arrive in 3 minutes. And this has happened on multiple occasions, hence the reason for me to write the review. Uber never. Bolt all the way.

Velmi prijemny ridic, auto ciste. Byla jsem po zdravotnim zakroku, jel velmi opatrne! Dekuji!
Poslední dobou nepoužitelné
Pokaždé za poslední půl rok otřesná zkušenost. Příjezd řidiče se neustále prodlužuje znovu +5 minut a znovu +8 minut a znovu a zas… po dlouhé době čekání to pak řidič zruší, nebo přijede takovou plečkou, že se člověk boji, jestli vůbec dojede. Velká škoda.

Used to be better before the price is final now it’s only indicative so if you are stuck in traffic you pay more .. i see no difference than traditional taxi 🚕

Jen se mě stala nepříjemnost asi před 3-4 týdny. Zaplatila jsem řidiči 185 Kč a stejná castka mě býka stržena z účtu. Psala jsem i na podporu, ale odpověď jsem nedostala. No co se dá dělat. V. Behounkova
