Worst service and support !
Worst service and the worst support service!! They can easily cancel a trip without providing any substitute and when you complain, they’ll refund you a 50EGP for all cases l. Whatever the case is or its urgency!!

يا ريت الكابتن يعرف الفير والمكان ويقبل او يرفض مش يجي للبيت وبعدين يعرف المشوار ويرفض ووقتي يضيع ؟!!! وفي يجي برقم تاني مش نفس الرقم الابليكيشن بقي وحش جداً

Management issues
The is getting worst and worst everyday.. it takes more than eight round of cancellation, not responding, never show up, more cancellation from captains before you get your ride.. and when it comes , the captains are usually unable to deal with the GPS, having internet issues, or they think they know better than GPS so they decide on their own not to follow it.. I am really tired of you people.
The cost
Its always expensive and always every application is half the price and theres no availability of drivers and there always far away and the drivers them selfs are rude
