Απαράδεκτη χρέωση !
Ο Οδηγος έφτασε 10’ νωρίτερα . Η παραγγελία για το ταξι ήταν 08.20 κατεβήκαμε ακριβως 08:20 αλλά ο Οδηγος είχε το ταξίμετρο ανοιχτό απ την ώρα που έφτασε (10’ νωρίτερα) Το κόστος της διαδρομής (το κάνω 3 φορές την εβδομάδα) είναι )€12-€ 14 + την χρέωση κλήσης . Θα αμφισβητήσω την χρέωση των €30 ;

The one star is for the drivers rating the passengers without the users having this information in advance A driver informed me that ratings are both ways and my rating was 4.8 So, I was never late, never unkind I don’t smell (haha) I’m just a girl wanting to go somewhere That made me think about the one driver we disagreed on politics in a friendly way of course So anyone can rate you just because they don’t like your opinion while you have no clue about it (I would not chat if I did) I find this unfair and shady (I also never rated someone bad cause maybe I didn’t like them or their opinions) Rating the clients in that way is problematic Giving drivers a way and a chance to complain about certain users sounds legit

Apart from the fact that the idiots in Greece don’t let normal Uber cars to exist, they won’t even accept calls even if we ask for a hundred times and they are not moving. We cannot waste time because taxi drivers think they own the world and be sure we pray for the day that automated taxis arrive and make you vanish. Uber should force them to accept all calls or ban them from the app. It is extremely frustrating. People may need a ride to a hospital and we have these divas thinking they can use apps to get rides only for 30+ euros fck off
