Even after updating to the latest version, I am missing the “+” sign in the app to add multiple stops. Already cross checked with my friends, they are all having the same + sign but i don’t understand the same interface, guess it is a specific glitch? The more frustrating part is that i cannot get help within the channel in the app.  The “call support” button is not working, and i cannot find any appropriate channel to seek help except here, not sure what I can do.

The pickup location given to the passenger was different from the one provided to the driver, leading to an inability to catch the ride. The driver did not answer the phone or respond to messages, and yet the passenger had to bear the cost. This is terrible and very poor service. 👎

For metering charge, it always calculated wrongly which I am always charged hkd$10 more. The uber app show I can enjoy 15% discount off for the meter price, however, they don’t deduct this. They asked me if I have the receipt but honestly why I have to take receipt everytime after the trip to protect myself??? If there isn’t a mechanism that protects customer and your discount can’t be offered to customers then DONT SHOW ON THE APP. THATS A POOR EXPERIENCE AND CHEAT TO CUSTOMERS

I checked the app, it showed failed reserve taxi ride. It failed to explain the reason because I am not sure if it was payment problem or the driver cancelled the trip. The contact support button is not working, there is no other way to contact support.
