The uber driver literally tortured me today, first of all he was standing way far from the pick up location and when i said this to him and he said this is how i pick up i stand as per my convenience. As soon as the ride started my laptop bag fell down twice and got a crack in my laptop simultaneously my lunch pack fell down. When i told him that your auto seat is broken and my belongings are falling down, he literally started arguing with me and asked me to get down from the auto. I had to literally beg him to drop me office My request from uber is to take a strict action against the driver and stop hiring such uncivilized people. They ruin your entire day. Along with that i want compensation or else i will go to consumer court. It’s been 6 hours and i haven’t received any response from uber help yet. All i am getting to see is we will reply when the service representative will be available. And it’s been 6 hours now

Firstly its a good app & its rate was also good but now the auto rates are increasing even for 1.5 km it will be 70rs cost I don’t know y but its increasing day by day. Another if ride shows us 41 but once the ride is complete it was showing 81rs very bad. Worst trust issues i can say.

To get a driver takes at least 10 mins and drivers take their own time sometimes even dropping off passengers All drivers have 4.9+ rating which is extremely shocking

Very poor service in Mumbai. Drivers just do what they like & come at their own pace…
