every week they will give new update but after each update your app is become very slow, drained the battery too much and heating the mobile temp. Service quality also become poor… worst app day by day after update. Pathetic service day by day
Wanted to pay by card. It put me onto Uber Cash and I could not change. Struggled a lot. Finally paid by Upi.
Excellent service
Did not use toll road while going today (27.06.2024). Toll charged in the bill.
So many Uber scam. Driver asking for extra cash, cab cancelled after booked if not provided any extra cash, shuttle driver denied boarding bus and no Uber help on this. All they need is feedback which helps nothing.
Too many clicks just to cancel search and when we don’t they charge us. Dark pattern here !!
Drivers are very unprofessional
In my city, uber has become a super-unreliable service. Daily struggle to book conveyance. Drivers cancel quite frequently.
Pathetic services and rude drivers and they hike the price like double and triple during weather changes . They only focused on money making and nothing else Don’t waste or your time and money on this app .
They forced me to add a payment method and when I pay with cash they still make me pay digitally again. I have payed OVER 1000 rupees twice this way…. I PREFER OLA ATLEAst THE APP IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND THey don’t force a payment method on you and they seem to UNDERSTAND INDIA BETTER. Very dissatisfied with the App, interface and their purposeful way of forcing digital payment
