Amazing service great driver highly recommend
Uber told us he would wait but just left
Uber stopped to let us out to be sick and he said he would wait for us but he just left NOT HAPPY!
Uber XL drivers accepting trip but not arriving
Just because we had a short trip they will not commit to the journey. I believe Uber should fine there drivers for this behaviour. We arrived in Croatia with a small child and where left stuck. This needs to be fixed.

Good until you need customer service
I'm trying to get a refund for a trip I never made. The driver marked a requested trip and terminated. I contacted Uber to contest it and get a refund. They offered me 12€ in Uber cash right away or 5 working days for refund on my card. I chose the first. Never got any Uber cash refund. The saga continues... Contacted them twice. They apologised and told me a refund was made into my account. It would take 5 working days. Weeks later I'm here... They tell me the refund was made. It wasn't. There no refunds in my statement. Then they say it will take 30 days?? Where on Earth? It's coming on a boat fro Asia?? I'm still waiting on a refund of my money. Horrible customer service. Same with Eats that I never used anymore. If something goes wrong... Be ready is gonna drive you insane.
