I have heard so many instances where Uber riders or drivers when you pay them cash they report you never paid. Then Uber blacklists you, no way to hear your side of the story. Never thought it would happen to me until it did. 
I’ve used Uber since 2019 because it was the safer option. 
I had a rider who claimed I didn’t pay and reported me. The money was charged on my next ride I showed Uber support proof they said sorry for the misunderstanding it seems I paid. 

The next time I had an issue with my mobile banking, on leaving the ride it was loading I knew it would go through. By the time I reach the office sit down check my  phone I see there was an error and technical issues with the bank so mobile banking isn’t working. 

I contacted Uber to assist me with the riders number since we only chatted. They responded 7hours later. 
Upto Tuesday today is Sunday I’ve been texting them back on forth trying to tell them it was an error not in my control, I did the right thing to reach out and ask for Number and what did they do? Black list me too! 

And claim I have a history in not paying riders. 

It’s been more than 5 years I’ve used this app and nothing has ever gone wrong. The banks error now costs me my safety. 

So the Uber support seem to not hear me out 
They keep repeating the same generic message «  send us more information we’re here to help » meanwhile I’ve sent more than 5 times my issue in paragraph,detail and even screenshots. 

And now they’re acting like they’ve helped sayinf they’ve restored the money back which wasn’t even the issue my issue was the bank payment. 
In their light when they did wrong and charged me it was ok. 
But for me a technical glitch has cost me to find another option after using Uber since 2019. 

So I’m so unhappy and mad because the support doesn’t even listen it’s just repetitive robotic messages not even listening to my issue and they’ve closed  the chat without helping me 5 times. I keep reopening but nothing’ 

So I’m done with you! 

Please DO NOT USE UBER!!! They don’t care about customer support really and when their drivers lie about payments they don’t do anything on their end but if it’s you to have an issue they treat you like a criminal. 

And this isn’t the first time I’ve heard they do this!
