2025年8月22日，第一次在台北使用Uber，遇到的司機陳先生親切有禮，駕車迅速安全。

While I’m using Uber at Tavira Portugal. I come across that twice I’ve been charged for waiting time instead of I’m the one who waiting them? How could I get a refund and what can I do for the future if this happen again? Pls advise! Thx!

Driver received the appointment but have to wait 32 mins to come so cancel the appointment after 2 mins. Uber charge 14Eur for the cancellation. Too high for the charge.

You have to improve your GPS location. I have had to pay, twice, for a ride that I did not do because it was impossible to understand where the pick up point was. Today, I had to walk for 10 minutes, because the driver did not confirm the exact point where I wanted to go, despite the fact that I asked and told her the route
