Driver was attentive to our questions being this was our first time to Sydney he gave some amazing tips of how to navigate next time we are here. His wealth of information local knowledge was like gold. After the conversation I was excited and eager to plan our next trip back to Sydney. Driver Cancelled My Trip But I had to pay a fee
I waited and waited for my booked ride outside Popeyes opposite Gare du Nord. My driver did NOT turn up and eventually I was invited to cancel and order another ride. I had no choice if I was to get to my destination, so I cancelled. Then I was immediately charged a cancellation fee of €7.20! I would like a refund and have tried to contact Uber but their email does not exist! If I do not receive a refund then I will never use Uber again and will tell all my friends and family about this unpleasant experience. Dennis Ansley Barrister Auckland New Zealand
