Had issues with incorrect items being delivered and they just denied any issue even with photo evidence??? Bunch of thieves and crooks running this company. You must be aware of the awful reputation you guys have at this point yet do nothing to fix it. 0 stars
Call it a coincidence but I find it very suspicious that after updating my app last night and leaving a 2-star rating review for their worst customer service, I woke up to a number of fraudulent credit card transactions made by Uber Toronto 🤔 thankfully, my bank seemed to have caught up the pattern and actually notified me about it. And since I live thousands of miles away from Canada, I didn’t have an issue claiming the refund. But I’m very much left appalled that a large multinational company would dare steal from its own customers. A warning for everyone else who would hopefully read this. Stay vigilant as some might not be as lucky as me in claiming the money back. SHAME ON YOU, UBER!

On holiday and they decided to take a $250 authorisation hold out with no warning after a trip. Tried to contact support and could not phone through to any real people as they only reserve them for the drivers. Finally got through to someone (via email) and have been told I’ll get it back in 5-10 business days (once my holiday is over and I no longer need it)
Used out of convenience. Now on uber eats section I get a persistant error "we've encountered an errror (but cant tell you why or what it is). Please go to this help page where we don't have any help pages with this error so you'll have no idea what the issue is." 1. An errror that persists even if you change the card, change the restaurant, try the next day. 2. Says go to the help page but there are no pages with this error, how are you supposed to guess what the error is. 3. No contact us/chat support on the site so i can ask someone what the bleeping issue is. 4. No contact us/chat on the phone app. Only support is available when you make an order and i can't make an order because i keep getting an error that uber won't explain. A literal steaming pile of bleep. Not sure what special people are on the team here. Fix it.

Adapted to our needs. Great yarns, and lets us have a grog in the back seat.
