I’ve been using Uber for years now but of recent my experience has been bad. And your customer service has failed to resolve it. For almost two weeks
I have 2 issues;
Issue 1: I was initially charged 4,340 for a trip on the 28th of March 2024. Due to price adjustments I was then charged 4,700 on the 29th of March for the same trip. That brings the total to 9040. I contacted support and they refunded 360 instead of 4,340.
Issue 2: I ordered 2,200 a ride and the rider canceled because it was a card trip but I was debited. Same thing happened again, this time I was debited 3010. It has been almost 2 weeks more than the standard 7 workings days it takes to process this payment. Please help resolve this.

Bad dispatch driver
Uber should cancel the delivery option, it’s filled with rude and uninterested drivers who just want to extort customers and are not ready to follow guidelines. I doubt Uber has a way of confirming if riders follow guidelines
Fraud app do not use
How can you show someone different price after trip from initial amount without making any stops nothing
Payment (debited without ordering a ride)
I was debited twice on different occasions because the app asked me to add my card as mode of payment before I could be able to order a ride One was for a ride I didn’t know, I got debited as soon as I entered the App The second one was on 29/03/2024 at 5:53 PM when I ordered ride I immediately got debited (N2300), I’ve the receipt and I didn’t see the driver (meaning driver was not found) , so I cancelled the request Please look into this and return my money ASAP
Time is of the essence
It takes hours connecting me to a ride after booking yet the fares are increased when a driver ask me to cancel. You can’t take so much of your customer’s time connecting a ride and increasing the fare when the drivers decide not to go on the ride.

This guy called Chris Jonah, bike number LSR200QK is a thief, imagine booking a ride from Berger to the island which was 3500, this guy took my package to Agege, ikeja, Oregun knowing fully well this trip reads per km only to charge me 7k and even put me through emotional stress. Y’all should beware of him! He’s a thief
