What a kind driver I have met
Payment method
I couldn’t request paying via my eft payment method and this was an inconvenience. I sent an email to uber and the agent responded by clarifying that all is well on Uber’s side, I restarted the phone, logged out and still nothing helped.
Very unhappy client
I request a ride it shows it’s R90 the driver complete the ride the money goes out my account an then I still tip the driver R20 now they send me a email of R55 outstanding payment so I was very confused I put complaint in but no one got back to me why that is apparently it’s called a decline fee of R55 I’m shocked there were R145 in my account was more then enough for the ride plus the tip plus their booking fee which was R5 I request yesterday the same thing happened I mean like really why does the money go out my account but then I get emails failed payment joh uber is hectic too much stress Where is the apps support no one is getting back to me

I use your App daily for work and have had issues multiple times where your driver would not have change. I requested a refund for the balance I was overcharged and your support staff has been completely disappointing and unwilling to help. I will not be using your services anymore.
