The driver refused to complete the ride simply because I selected card payment instead of cash. This is not only unprofessional, but also against Uber’s policies. It caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. If drivers don’t want to accept card payments, they shouldn’t be on the platform. Very disappointing experience.
This is a very bad thing that happened to me from Uber. I added my card and some money was deducted from my account without me ordering. I called the bank to confirm it. When I called, Uber did not answer the phone.They only give priority if an order has been placed now.
Uber offers lower rates when booking the ride but at the stop it charges a higher amount. Never using uber again .. pickme >
Ripped off Money from my card without my permission and didn’t give my food after I paid..because I was 5 minutes I was fooled by the company saying that I’ll be refunded but they never did..

You can’t trust this service.
They have charge for subscription from kast month without users consent. I have not used app since January from last month ive been charge for monthly subscription. Theres no way to complain. Bot is there to support but when ask for agent waited for hours still no respond. Really disappointed
Uber was very useful when I was in India.
