Poor customer service
I had a problem concerning Uber Eats subscription (called Uber One in Japan). Basically, the subscription restarted itself without my consent, and it charged me free money. In addition, I have found it to be very difficult in contacting their customer support service (forcing user to login to use customer service, forcing OTP to login which btw, they require to answer their calls not just receiving sms), and after 2 weeks have passed already, they still did not answer yet.

The first car I book cannot see me and I have to cancel Uber that charge me 100% I think it’s not fair for me May be 25% should be ok for me. Because my time limit to go to airport

Dies war meine erste Fahrt mit einen Uber! Wenn man erstmal das Anmeldeprozedere überstanden hat, vor dem Ich mich immer fürchte, ist alles Weitere recht einfach! Der Wagen war pünktlich zur Stelle, der Fahrer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Jetzt, wo ich meine scheu erst mal überwunden habe, werde ich Uber sicherlich öfter in Anspruch nehmen!
