Uber - Request a ride

Each time im making an order it directly cut from my bank account, after that if the driver cancel you will never see your money or the order and you can not complain , it happen to me manu time and i nearly lost 200 $

Until now i've tried this application only in egypt eeven though i travelled to many countries but i am planning to use it in istanbul next month... for me in egypt the experience was amazing prices wete really cheap drivers were nice maybe one of all of them were suspicious because of his way of looking to us but the majority were very respectful, kind and gave us many advises so hope the same thing for istanbul

Quand un chauffeur ne trouve pas l’adresse, on charge au client les frais d’annulation. C’est pas correct du tout

Bonjour, Je suis arrivée hier à Strasbourg avec mon mari et un bébé de 10 mois,on a pris l’uber avec Mr khalladi il nous a emmené à l’adresse de l’airbnb mais le proprio de la maison ne répond pas ni sur nos appels ni sur les messages,on était obligé de rester dans la voiture vu que qu’il fait très froid ainsi le prix de l’uber a passé de 15euro jusqu’a 128euro,comment on peut faire une réclamation svp ?

It’s my first trip using uber and I was amazed by the service and the driver..definitely worth every penny.

Please careful don’t use your card they will steal money every night Small amount and when I want to report this They just ignore

The application must be used in Istanbul to avoid problem with drivers

Whatever happens everyday of various awful behavior from drivers , cheating and yelling , violent reactions…..I noticed that they don’t fear anything when I menace them by writing report to Uber!!! How possible that never a single driver has been punished!!! Please tell me and respond precisely

la course est affiche 47 eur et a l arrive on me demande de payer 66eur je trouve ca pas normal si je savais jaurai pris un taxi a tarif fixe je demande le remboursement de la difference
