Very very bad with no respect
Their driver did a car accident and my mother was with him in the car and he made her wait with him for 1 hour and they didn't request another car for her to take her! What they did was they deducted the trip full amount and they told her to take another taxi and she have to pay for it!! I tried to call them - not sure how a company like this don't have call center and they force you to just text them in the app and see what kind of replies you will receive and they did nothing!!!! They kept on asking me did anything happen to the car!! What a question- I'm saying my mother was a passenger with your driver and you ask me about your driver car!!!!!!
Worst customer service to deal with
Prepare yourself if you face any issue with the driver or the app forget to find anyone to support you .. veryyyyyyy bad customer service they don’t even try to understand the problem they just copy paste same reply every time without even thinking!!!!!!! . And no one to talk with as only chat customer service available and they are honestly useless .. will delete this app and use another substitute because of bad customer service .

I request uber 3 times and they refused to pick us and already the cost deducted
Do not use in Dubai
Useless customer service. Car got a flat tire. Spent an hour stuck in the middle of the road with other cars honking at us. Did not even get a refund for the ride. Missed my meetings. Deleted the app immediately and convinced my entire family and friends to switch to alternative apps.
