Let upload a image of 120 pound for 5 miles they are seriously sick everyday I was going on same route they will. Charge 12 pounds now started 30 pounds no reason, started with bolt it is amazing.
Rude and unprofessional drivers
Most of the drivers are rude and make me feel unsafe and the cars can smell. They don’t meet you at your pick up location and they argue with you about it when they are in wrong and so is the app the app doesn’t pinpoint the right pick up points and changes it unexpectedly the app needs to be fixed and they need better polite drivers
