Can’t add payment method

App has no clear way to add a payment method. Won’t let me book a journey until I do

Why can’t I find a log in for my business account anymore ? This defaults to my personal account

For some reason my login had been deleted this morning where is it? It worked perfectly well two days earlier

Scammers and dodgy amounts

Scammers and fishy tariffs! Worst experience ever! Avoid using their app unless you want to loose money. I pre-booked a taxi from Aberdeen city centre to the Airport. At a start, they gave me a different tariff (estimated £22.40). When arriving to the airport, they charged me £24.60. However, I received a branded and official email from them with my receipt details detailing the route and with a total cost of £21.80. Either the driver kept the rest or the company is doing dodgy businesses. At the end, me, the customer will have to assume the cost because those expenses cannot be proven. I attempted contacting their customer services and this was one of the worst experiences ever: appalling, lack of empathy, rude and unprofessional. At the end, they almost yelled at me and did not give me my money back or the correct receipt.
