アップデート後の入力不具合
iPadを使用しているが前回のアップデートでホーム画面のトップにバナー表示されるようになったが各入力画面でその表示が消えない トップバナーで隠れるユーザー名などの情報入力できないためカメラ再登録時に使えない セキュリティや業務遅滞の状況なので一刻も早く改善して欲しい

感度超悪い
いざ録画を見ようとしたら全然繋がらない。何度もエラーが出てやり直している間に30分以上経過していて肝心な時に何の役にも立たない。音声も他の媒体に干渉するので絶対買わない方がいい。こまめにアップデートしている割に何も改善されていない。
共有の方法をもっと簡易化して欲しい
共有の仕方が少しややこしく感じた。 もっと簡易化して欲しい。

玄関に設置。SDカードで記録が出来て良い。バッテリー長持ち。セットアップも取説がわかりやすい。庭用に2台目を買った。

サポセンが横柄 頻繁にオフラインになる 設定がめんどくさい
修正してくれー
活動検知(感度)を 「高」に設定しても、しばらく経つと「低」になっている。 かなりコアな部分なので 早急に修正してほしい。 問い合わせしてみようかなー。
