Cloud subscription been cancelled
My 6 month cloud subscription cannot be use & suddenly cancelled after less than a month used. Contact customer support no response. Ubox service lately very poor.

Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe, manually open the iPhone Settings -->enter the iTunes Store and App Store -->click Apple ID, select View Apple ID, enter the Account Settings page, click Subscribe, and select unsubscribe.
Renewal: 24 hours before the expiration of Apple's subscription period, deduct the service charge for the next subscription period from your iTunes account and extend the validity of the member corresponding to the subscription period. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance in the iTunes account, the app has the right to suspend/terminate your cloud video service.
