I have purchased the cloud service. It could record 30 seconds before, but now it can only record 20 seconds. Why?

I have been trying to log in to my ubox account. All of a sudden i cant view my cloud video in my ubox paid. Try to contact customer service but it show loading non stop. Can please help me
