The worst app and bank. The UX looks like it was not designed for humans, and customer support is terrible. But it is no wonder when you see software engineers' salaries at “levels dot fyi”😅I never saw such low wages in the NY area, even in small companies.

Needs to have a column or way to know a stock’s initial cost

There is no detail on the app. Compared to fidelity or think or swim it has no detail or analysis.

Very disappointed in the UBS app. It doesn’t operate in real time, takes a very long time to show transactions one executed, seems to always be under maintenance (this includes during trading hours). It’s not user friendly, it’s also limited on detailed information (example does not show me any limit order that are in place) . The UBS app is the biggest flaw with this financial institution. Honest opinion.

Very poor loading and the system is down frequently

The app used to be really good but in the past year the app is very slow to load balances and positions and the initial load as well. It is very frustrating. The app used to load extremely fast

Graphs are difficult to find and axis cannot be changed. This is a major problem for me.

UBS on line service is very helpful in managing my investments and bill paying. I use it on my iPhone as well as desktop. Easy to use for portfolio performance reports, banking. A valuable tool

Fabulous organization. Unbelievable analytics and the dashboard tracking is world class.
