## UCB Banks Reviews in United States

### ***** "Love the check deposit"
Easy to get a check deposited on the app.
-- pick more, 2025-08-01

### ***** "Online activity"
I’m happy that the online services perform as they should and that I get my notifications correctly
-- uhavegottobe kiddingme, 2025-07-03

### ***** "6 stars"
Couldn’t ask for a better financial institution to work with. Every single employee at the Sherman branch that I deal with couldn’t be more respectful or professional. It is an actual enjoyment dealing with their staff.
-- jimgiac13, 2025-04-14

### ***** "UCB"
Really like their efforts to keep people safe and on top of goings on. Thank you
-- K-C-J!, 2025-03-24

### ***** "EH"
Great Tellers
Courteous and Kind Employees

### *---- "Inaccessible"
( -10 stars ) I’m always struggling to log in, getting the same error message of connection issues. I’ve tried calling support that blames my phone or internet service. I’m an OTR trucker, been all over the 48 states on so many different networks, all other apps never have a VPN or security locking issue; its frustrating having no support when their systems are failing. I left this bank with app to find a better bank that will actually help when there’s an issue, if you don’t need to use the mobile app for your bank it’s fine but I’m OTR so much that it’s a necessity and this app has a log in issue every time and it may take days until I’m finally able to log in, by then it’s far too late. Very disappointing.
-- Mysterious Dreamer, 2025-01-11

### ***** "Banking App"
It is nice to be able to track all of my banking on this app. I have a fear of checks bouncing. So by being able to check my accounts more than once a day or having to get a computer to check or to call, makes thing so much easier and stress free for me.
-- Lakin1941, 2024-11-06

### ***** "App"
App is easy to use and very secure!
-- tapntim, 2024-10-27

### *---- "Great app!! Except when you actually need to do something"
The app constantly glitches and tells me that i cannot log in or my account or password is incorrect or nonexistent. When i reset my password, it tells me “your new password cannot be the same as your current” please fix your app
-- Knickname... really?, 2024-08-22

### ***** "Surprisingly Easy No Running to the bank!"
Never used the Mobil deposit before. It was fast and easy. before.
