The UCHealth app helps you take charge of your health. Our app is a safe and secure gateway to My Health Connection, allowing you to:
• Schedule or cancel appointments
• Renew or refill prescriptions at your UCHealth pharmacy
• Use your device for Virtual Visits with your provider

Constant crashing
App barely functions and when it doesn’t, it crashes on startup.
App automatically closes
I’m not sure if this is because of a cache problem or the software is really outdated, but it doesn’t open anymore. It has a Home Screen and then disappears. Very frustrating.
Unhappy
Why make me get a new phone to continue using the app? Thanks a lot!!!
Cut off iPhone 7 Plus!
Shocking. App update no longer works with iPhone 7 and forcing to get new phone. Sad. I use it all the time and now have to come home to see and schedule appointments. Seriously bad customer service.
App stopped working
App stopped working after July 19, 2024 update. App states it works with IOS 15.5 or later. Did this change with the update?
Update won’t load
I love this app and use it regularly to communicate with my providers so it has been a real hassle for it to not open at all Since the latest update. Please HELP
App crashes
The current update crashes every time I open it on my iPad Pro gen 3. I deleted the app and restarted my iPad, reinstalled the app, and it still crashes. I really depend on the app for a lot of things so this is very frustrating. I have not updated the app on my iPhone so it still works there, but I really prefer the larger screen of my iPad. Will be happy to revise my review and star rating when this gets fixed.
Does not work
App and web portal do not give an option to schedule labs ordered through UCHealth because it doesn’t detect them, and UCHealth refuses to take appointments other than through those options (which do not work).
Try MyChart app instead
I prefer the MyChart app for accessing my UCHealth record. MyChart has the features I need right on the homepage and doesn't require extra clicks to clear unread message count.
