I blocked my sim and urgently needed a puk number to unblock and I couldn’t get ahold of them as they are basically have office working hours, so I was stuck the whole weekend without calls until Monday when I called. Within days after this incident a lady from the unlimited, beautiful voice, very professional, The manager (completely forgot her name, my apologies)called to firstly apologies, hear how I was doing, she even asked if I was okay, she came up with a better solution... her personal email and contact details, that’s not all I was topped up with R100 airtime and R100 free airtime. This is the customer service we always long for and thanks to her I am never leaving The Unlimited network for anything.
