Tge offline downloading not working! And it’s already for quite long time . What a shame?!?

Not comfortable UI I feel

When I m watching the video which is not in full screen - I expect to see the whole course content to navigate to desired lecture. And hi loading is too slow - provided it’s an app I expect it to very fast .

Sophisticated theifs

I am furious! Even after cancelling my subscription, they have the audacity to keep charging me, and when I asked a refund, they started playing their infuriating denial game! Their customer service is beyond hopeless!

Unable to download courses offline

I’m using iPhone 15 with iOS 17.4.1, trying to download a course offline, after waiting 30 minutes. Still loading, tried to download videos individually, no luck. To verify, I’ve tried to download another video from another course, same issue exists. This making me sad, as streaming while commuting eating my battery level. Please fix.

Doesn’t work

2fa fails every time rendering app useless.

can‘t log in

no matter what I do I can’t log in. Using the website just fine with my email and password but the app just keeps throwing up an error - check email

Udemy is lying

I read through Udemy guid enrolment that with personal plan all courses will open and free to study. After I subscribed I couldn’t study some courses and needed to pay??????

Can’t find the courses I bought

Courses I bought disappeared.

App does not work

Can’t search for courses, or buy ones that do happen to load.

Payment

Never use Apply Pay for purchasing any course. I have used Apple pay to purchase a course and it is more than a day and still i didn’t receive the course and have to follow up with support team multiple times. They say its outside of their control and they need time to follow up Apple 🙁
