Most of the courses you have probably won’t load on this app. And probably you will not be able to download and watch them that way. Rarely though you might get lucky, you might be able to watch a couple of videos at most. Even Safari and Chrome on an Apple device will not load these videos on the website. And they will probably ask you to try on a desktop computer. At this point, I think this is intentional, they just cannot be this incompetent.
It is impossible to download course to watch offline (every time I try it it keeps loading and never finishes). Now I’ve tried to watch my courses on tablet and it shows empty list though I have purchased 5 courses. It has some issues on a desktop version also but at least it is usable in comparing to mob and tablet apps. BTW the problem with downloading content is there for at least a year.

I am using Udemy for 2 years now. App is just one of the worst apps I have ever used. Slow performance, ton of bugs and more. I love Udemy but these issues disappoint me as a long time user.
I have problems with downloaded videos.It works very slow,update is needed!
Several times I’ve complained, they support are very good. But after fixing, each upgrade new headache. Using it only make me angry!! Using browser more fast and easy to use, but in iPad very big minus of using browser that speed control is missing. Very unsatisfied !!!
App is too slow almost not working
I took the course through the program, but the course did not come to me though the money was deducted from the card. no bit aupporta do not answer
