Fix the app

Learning is nice, but the app is really bad. Too laggy even on really good internet and pathetic when you have connectivity issues. Course downloads are annoying, particular lectures cannot be downloaded with no reason, others take forever to download, there’s no indication of speed and time/percentage remaining. And downloads happen only when the app is opened! And I don’t even mention sync issues you the progress and quizzes. There are also missing features which would really benefit the app.

When viewing a course, the application quits. When restarting the application, the same thing happens a minute later

Payment in the Republic of Belarus is not possible

Unfortunately I can’t make purchase today from Belarus. Although I really wanted to take advantage of the New Year's sale. Very upset.

Payment issues

I wanted to buy a course through the application, but I received an error about the impossibility of making a payment... I bought the same course through the site... but so far the "purchase" that has failed in the application is blocking all purchases from Apple ID... thanks for the headache!

Subtitles

How should I read so small subtitles on my iPad’s screen? Is it really hard for you to add an opportunity to make it greater?

As a technology solution of providing courses this is overrated!

Your website version is awful! Making notes could not be worse than that you have done! They are disappearing with out a permission, unstructured and the process is worse than making notes in a Windows Notepad! What an absurd!

So buggy

The app is constantly crashing due to “low memory” errors. There are also errors “unable to play video” in courses which does not even contain any video
