I payed for two courses on this app. The day after the courses were “no longer offered”. I was not offered any type of rectification and customer service rep was quite rude.
The app is a real piece of junk and the overall service feels more like a scam than useful
It shuts down when trying to download a file from the resources, also when trying to open a file (it takes several times between closing and opening the app to make it work).
This is a scam. First the put discounted courses and then once you buy those courses do not work.
I’m missing my courses in the app so I can’t even use it
When casting to a Google TV, and / or Chromecast, the current video fails to load and then the app attempts to load the next video. As a result it goes into a loop trying to load each next video until reaching the end of the lecture playlist.
Hi, I used to use this app pretty often in the past, however time passed and i tried it these days and i noticed that the quality is getting poor over time : 1 - I was able to download content for offline watching - not anymore (for some reason) 2 - For that reason i thought it would be a good idea to reinstall the app - bad idea, because since then I’m not even able to connect to my account (while i can access it through web) 3 - Unable to watch videos while using the iPad as Mac’s second screen (probable due to some security trying to avoid copying video) Please try to fix the issues it used to be a good app. Now (in my case) it is not usable anymore.
1. There is no way to give feedback in ur app which is why I am doing here. As an innovative company you should be craving for feedback to become better but no way to help you. 2. Contact us button only gives you bunch of help articles etc, finding a way to reach customer care via email, chat or phone - no clear way to do it. 3. Please please put 1.75x speed option in ipad and phone app too as we have in web version.
If someone sends email regarding new courses and from the email not able to open the course directly on app instead it opens in the browser. Please develop deep link to allow open it in app.
