Missing courses in app
Used to be great but today I have bought some courses and they are missing in app. Not on web.
Syncing not working
First of all, I would hire UX designer or fire the existing one :D Categories in the app are totally confusing what does what, syncing with the web version is not working, my lists are not synced. Omg, call the sections same in the app and on the web.
Super slow and keeps crashing
The content on the app would be decent if it was possible to consume it.. sadly the app is barely usable due to slow speed and constantly crashing which makes the learning experience near impossible. Support is unavailable and you can chat with a useless bot that will tell you to restart your phone or reinstall the app.
Some improvements would be nice
The app is great and I really like the community on Udemy. Some bug courses load very long time in app because of a lot of modules. It would be great to have possibility to (un)pack the whole section like it is possible on pc. Scrolling through 800 videos is terrible.
App keeps freezing or crashing
It took me a while to even stop getting errors on logging in from a new device, now that I’m in, I haven’t managed to get into a single counrse. This is very disappointing, I want to easily do courses, not spend fifteen minutes attempting to resolve technical issues to no avail and then switch to browser.
Downloads disappear
Please fix the issue of downloaded content disappearing! I love the courses there but the app is horrible
Keeps freezing. 2nd Course, did it again.
Screen freezes and can’t see the video. 2nd course this happens and they only give you credits. Didn’t get what I paid for, it’s essentially fraud.
8.13.0 update does not work at all
After last update when I open the app, it just leaves plain white screen. Previous versions worked fine.
Not working. White screen all the time
This App is not working on iPhone XR. Right after I open it there is still only white screen and nothing at all. I cannot get to my purchases and use them now
