Lose acesses to my account for no reason! Tried many times to get e-mail to reset the account without success. Bad support

I cant take notes via screenshot

Udemy makes alot of students life very difficult. I cant take notes anymore with screenshot on my phone, do they not care about education?

I do think it’s ilegal to change the price as udemy does

If you search for a course it will be a price, if you login in your account they change the price again, then if you you go to their website it’s a totally different price. Such a shame this company it’s doing this for years already

Not working since recent update

The app doesn’t even open on iPad Air. Immediately left with a white screen 🙁👩‍🦼👩‍🦼

Still Not working

Didn’t work before the last update. Had a hope the update will fix ii but unfortunately didn’t. So bought corses but can’t learn. Lovely

Video never play app gets hang

Courses are excellent but app is not working properly getting hang every-time on both platforms desktop and mobile, used to good in the past bought several courses every time i play them app gets hang and starts behaving weird.

Cannot take screenshot

I’m taking notes and udemy made life so much harder to learn on the app. I can’t take screenshots of notes on my app, I thought they care about education but it’s all money. The app works on split screen but still greedy.

Offline mode doesn’t work

I downloaded one course for offline mode but the app deleted all downloaded videos. I downloaded them again and it deleted all videos as well. So frustrating!!!

Terrible app, both on ipad and iphone

This app is so terrible it’s crazy, almost as if it had zero QA done on it. Doesn’t track progress correctly, crashes a lot, when searching for courses and clicking “search”, the search results keep refreshing every 5 sec making it unable to browse. Not to mention the app is so poorly optimized it’s literally the only app I ever saw display an error about how my device doesn’t have enough resources for it to run. It’s an app that PLAYS VIDEOS; I never had this error pop up even when playing demanding video games. 1/10 absolutely horrible, use the desktop version if at all possible.
