"I'm writing to provide feedback on the Udemy app in hopes of addressing a couple of issues. Firstly, I've noticed that the video subtitles language changes automatically when I reopen a course the next day. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with downloading videos, as they often appear stuck during the process."
I am unable to download the videos of my paid courses.. please solve it.
I have been using the Udemy mobile app for quite some time now, and I must say that the recent experience has been extremely disappointing. The app crashes incessantly, making it nearly impossible to use effectively. I am utterly frustrated by this constant disruption to my learning experience. Whenever I attempt to open the Udemy app, it crashes within seconds. This issue persists despite numerous attempts to resolve it, such as restarting my phone, updating the app, and even reinstalling it entirely. Unfortunately, none of these measures have proven successful, leaving me stuck with a dysfunctional app. As an avid learner, I rely on the convenience of the mobile app to access courses and enhance my skills on the go. However, the app's instability has become a major hindrance to my progress. It is incredibly frustrating to have to deal with crashes every time I try to open a course or interact with any of the features. The lack of reliability and poor performance of the app has severely impacted my motivation to continue using Udemy. Instead of focusing on learning and expanding my knowledge, I find myself wasting precious time troubleshooting and trying to get the app to function properly. I understand that technical issues can occur, but it is disheartening that such problems persist for an extended period without any noticeable improvements or updates from the Udemy team. It is clear that there is a significant flaw within the app's programming or infrastructure, which urgently needs to be addressed. I sincerely hope that the developers at Udemy take these concerns seriously and invest the necessary resources to resolve these constant crashes. Users like myself should not have to bear the burden of an unstable app that hinders our learning experience. Until this issue is effectively resolved, I cannot recommend the Udemy mobile app to anyone who values a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience. I genuinely hope Udemy can rectify this situation promptly, as I believe in the potential of their platform to provide valuable educational content. However, until the mobile app becomes stable and reliable, I will have no choice but to seek alternative learning platforms. Please, Udemy, prioritize fixing the app crashes and provide your users with the seamless learning experience we deserve.
They offers excellent courses . The method of teaching and coaching is very easy to understand . very qualified Teachers I love Udemy .
Udemy is a great learn platform. But it’s app is rally disappointing. I often watch the lecture videos when I am commuting or when I am free but Udemy app sometimes fails to play the lecture video and keeps asking for checking the internet connection. Kindly fix this issue so that learning can easily watch lecture videos when they don’t have there laptops or PCs around them.
Hey since the new update I can’t open my app any more . When ever I open my app the screen goes blank. Please fix this problem so I can continue learning new things . Thank you.
Whenever i open udemy app in my iphone (15.0.2) the app was stuck on white screen…! Plz fix the issue
A very pathetic mobile app experience
The app is pretty useful, but it recently stopped letting us take screenshots of the lecture videos. As someone who takes notes during the lectures on note-taking apps, i find it extremely inconvenient to now have to type everything myself instead of just copy pasting a screenshot of the instructors board to my notes and then annotating it later. Since it’s really difficult to type as my instructor speaks, i find myself having to pause between my lectures several times just so i can keep up with the instructors pace. as a result, i now cover less course material in the same amount of time. I really hope they fix this.
Whenever i logout the app… or open app after 1-2 days it is signout automatically and when i tried to login again it gives ne error 403. What does it means?? @support kindly find out solution for me. Please. Regards
