Incredibly slow

What is wrong with your servers? The app and also the web response is very slow.

Captions text size

It is really bad that I cannot change text size for captions. It is really small.

White screen

After updating to version 8.12.0, the app is not working- I see only white screen. Pls can you advice?

Cannot make the videos full screen

I have been learning on YouTube for some years, the content is top-notch. But the iPhone app, oh boy.. I couldn’t even put the video to full screen by flipping my screen. It definitely needs some polishing.

Good app, but

Great source of all kind of courses. But this app needs some polishing. Why are all buttons so small? There is plenty space on ipad screen. Just make everything bigger please!

No way of reading messages

It is indeed helpful that I can also study on the way with mobile app but it surorised me to find out that I cannot access messages and notifications from Udemy like through briwser on PC. This could be a nice point for improvement.

Cannot login

I use Udemy mostly via website, but wanted to try this app however I am not able to login via Facebook Account, it just gets stuck on the Facebook app, nor I can sign via Gmail account

Great content, terrible app

Content itself is awesome and almost limitless, but iPad app is something straight from hell. Just few issues: offline downloading - not working, playback of videos - not working sometimes, remembering where you ended in course? Nah. Filling quizzes? Use web app. And so on...

Unstable and Offline unusable

Udemy in web browser or PC is simply great. But on my Ipad Pro the app is unstable, crashing, download that much slow and sometime just stuck so it is impossible use it offline. During playback quality jumps around and video buffering on great internet connection. Really frustrating experience.
