The download option not working properly! Even after watching the course the video still not downloaded and it consumed all my internet money! Even using wi-fi still not download video.
Good App
Courses will only load 2 lectures forcing you to use the web version. Or go to another platform to learn. App is completely useless. This issue has been going on for at least 3 months
When you tap the email field to enter your email address, the box “don’t have an account? Sign up” covers the email field and you can’t see what you’re typing. iOS 18 on iPad 11 Pro.
Every time I update this app or open it after some time more of my purchased courses disappear! I’m Paying for these courses but can’t access them on the app. This has happened twice in two days. Two courses that I previously purchased are no longer in the my learning section and if I search I’m asked to purchase the course that I’ve previously purchased! I don’t think I’ll continue using Udemy as a learning platform in the future, a major reason why I use Udemy is to have course access on the go and the app is simply not functional is this regard.
There are so many bugs when downloading video. It randomly deletes, forgets, needs reauthentication, and just randomly breaks down and will need you to restart device, computer, re download the content or log in again. Sometimes it starts downloads, then says “download failed” Ive spent way too long troubleshooting issues. These things need to be fixed. Honestly this is the worst production app i think ive ever used. The content is great, but the complete opposite is true of the app experience. The developers do not listen to the complaints they receive. They are aware of the issues, but they are still around 2 years later. 2 years later i also still believe this is the worst production app i have ever used.
Please can you add mobile payment like MTN Momo So we can easily access the course 🥹
Most of the app that I wanted to use the app, it doesn’t work. It’s like they don’t have an app. You cannot trust the app to have your purchased courses with you wherever you go. It doesn’t show the list of all my purchased courses. When I try to watch anything that it does show, I get a message “an error occurred”, every single time consistently within the past few years with different phones. I can see my purchases on the website, but the app is just garbage.
The people that make courses are great and will answer your questions, the Udemy team has provided me with a horrible customer support experience in my opinion.
