Disappointed by Lack of Customer Support for Account Issues

Although I receive the OTP via email, the page where I’m supposed to enter it doesn’t load, making it impossible to proceed. Lack of keeping up to date

In the era of AI and although the abundance of ai courses as well as other topics on the platform it still lack on the cutting-edge features for instance the inability of sorting, filtering or categorizing the courses with multi choices which should be considered and fixed ASAP.

Courses automatically disappears when you login from different browsers

I purchased a course AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator and then i logout from that browser. After one day that course was not in all my courses tab. Then i purchased the same course again but at the very next day i login with the same account and didn’t find my course under all courses. Do we purchase the same courses every time? And there is no way to return the money. when you send email to support they will respond back with auto reply email.. it’s a very pathetic learning platform

Low quality of videos

There is low quality of videos before buffering while quality of connection good enough.

Apple play was not working. Is that fixed in this release.?

App not working

It’s so frustrating that most of the time the app is not working in one way or the other.. it’s either crashing, or just loading forever or giving errors and not playing the videos.. this is the third time this happens this month and I’m just losing time on my studies!

Updated version of Udemy App is not user friendly

Fake App and thief’s company

Fake Application taking your money and restricted you from using the materials you pay for it for reasons that build it by them and their policy without any evidences. They mentioned for me that I used their App in restricted country and I am leaving in UAE. When I ask them for their evidence they stop reply to my email. I will keep right about your company till you return my money for Materials that I buy.
