Good sounding earbuds but the app is worthless. All the cool features don’t work to customize your experience & it seems as the UE walked away from addressing concerns. Very disappointing.

Good sounding earbuds but the app is worthless. All the cool features don’t work to customize your experience & it seems as the UE walked away from addressing concerns. Very disappointing.
The sound was good, the silicon tips were comfortable and stayed in. But the connections failed after 6 months- total case failure. They replaced promptly, as non of soft fixes revived anything. But the replacements will disconnect you from a phone call every call, after maybe 10 min., so you can’t use them for phone calls, certainly not meetings. Nothing to do with the charge.
Fit great, but one of the earphones stopped working very fast (haven’t used them every day, but had them for 6months).
The app never works right. It constantly forgets your earbuds. It requires force quitting, unpair/re-pair, resetting, ‘forget my device’, hard resets - the whole nine yards. And of course, every time you have to reset, any settings you’ve implemented are wiped. So if you remap your taps and forget to set them back up, you’ll be trying to turn up the volume and end up hanging up a call. Averaging $200 a person - and backed by a parent company like Logitech - UE has literally ZERO reason they can’t invest the resources for a robust application. I’d give 0 if I could.
These are soooo frustrating! They won’t stay connected and they regularly won’t seat properly in the charging case.
The earbuds fit great if you can get the app to work. You know it’s bad when customer support’s best advice is to delete and reinstall the app. It didn’t work. Now I have earbuds that I can’t mold.

I have, as half the people around here, IE monitors. I understand these are not supposed to be sound blocking earphones, I believe the sound is awesome if you tweak the sound preference to your liking. That being said, the app is trash guys! Spend some more money and time in it. UE is well known for excellence all around, don’t miss the mark here!
I am a loyal UE customer… the ear buds custom fit my ears great and the audio quality is good but not amazingly great… the problem is the software connectivity is totally unreliable. Bottom line, the physical product and sound quality are definitely solid but neither matter if the Bluetooth connection is constantly dropping and less than functional. UE, you need to ship higher quality software that keep the Bluetooth connected.
I was so excited to get these and then I spent a stupid amount of time trying to get them to connect to the all. Never worked. I contacted support and they gave me the same instructions as listed in the website it didn’t work. Not knowing what else to do I went and bought some Bose headphones. I wish they would fix their app so that this didn’t happen.
